It is loud and clear that they have infringed on a copyright if there is one allready in place. They are using a similarity of your likeness for a financial gain without due compensation. I would march right down to my lawyer's office with this material and have what I believe is a cease and disist (spell check)until it has been proven otherwise. And if they have discontinued this product, your lawyer should be able to audit the production and sales information to attack what would be your due share of royalties and damages for illegal use of your likeness.
